“I had a really great experience with Mountain Air & Heating. Let me say first of all, I called around several different companies for a quote for a new air conditioning unit. After sharing with different companies my need for a new a/c unit (mine went out during a heatwave) other companies decided to take advantage of me during this time. Price quotes were doubled and another a/c company that I called said well your lucky I am not going to take advantage of you since your a woman looking to get a new air conditioner. I thought wow, so this is where we are during this heat crisis? One other company said that they file the warranty after the install and that most companies don't do for you- which I found out was not true. Sales pitches during a heatwave don't work gentlemen. I called Mountain Air & Heating and Gregg came out the next day to look at my a/c. Gregg is a very genuine person. No hard sell, no taking advantage of. After a thorough inspection, he gave me several options to chose from and he left. No hard sell during a heatwave. No games. It was my choice to consider the options or not. I chose Mountain Air & Heating based on their timeliness, Gregg's approach to let honesty lead as well as a fair price. Gregg showed up on time with a crew and installed a new Trane for us in one day. Mountain Air & Heating will continue to have our future business. “I first used Mountain Air about 11 years. My husband and I had recently purchased a house with baseboard heat and wanted central heat and air installed. The install crew leader, Casey, worked hard with his crew but didn't have time to get all of the ducts in and hooked up in one day. It was going to be cold that night so Casey offered to round up some space heaters so we could stay warm. I was impressed by that offer. We have used them many times since then on rentals and other primary residences we have purchased. I have met Kelsey who runs the office, David the repair technician, George who does repairs but is also their number one trouble shooter, Casey who does new installs is still there, and the owner, Gregg. All of the people named here are awesome, do an excellent job, and have gone above and beyond for us and our tenants many times. (And the installers whose names I don't remember are all polite and awesome too!). Five stars all around.”

“I have used Mountain Air and Heating twice now. The first time, my heat went down in January. My daughter was visiting me with my 5 month old granddaughter and it got cold quick. I called the company that installed the unit and they couldn’t come out until the next day. I called Mountain Air and heating and told them my problem. I spoke with Kelsey Collins and she was compassionate and understanding! She had David to me within an hour! He cleaned the sensor and we had heat! He instructed me it might need to be replaced at a later time since my unit is 12 years old, so they would need to order the part. He was honest and they didn’t over charge me for an emergency visit. It’s now April and even though it wasn’t all that cold, the unit started doing the same thing. I called them and ordered the part. They even remembered me. They had the part and installed it in 2 days! Thank you Kelsey and David for your kindness and professionalism! I am so glad I found you and will be your customer forever! You’re the BEST! I highly recommend them.
